Oculus Rift DK1

So, I got this friend (same one that i just asked for help with, lol) He has an oculus DK1, and he plans on sending it to me, My question is, How well can i run it? I got a GTX 980 TI Strix, 8GB ram and an i5-4460 (i'll be upgrading to a 4790k in a couple of months). 

 

I'm just mainly asking because I got the hankering for VR, and paying for shipping is a lot cheaper than getting a CV1 or a vive, lol

 

I'l mainly be testing things like VR mods for GTA 5, Minecraft, general steam games that support it (if nvidias vr funhouse thing support sit, then that too)

 

Not sur eif displays is the right area.. a VR headset is one, so i expected it to be

Should be able to run it without issue. Your GPU just needs the right outputs.

Thing is, he has to look for it.. so he doesn't know... he only used it once

oh, then I only have one of those...

Looking at pictures I see DVI and hdmi
