Drives in raid 10

Good day. I plan to have a raid 10 array with 4x4tb drives. If somehow I get 1 of the drives from the array... will I be able to use the drive to a different system and treat it as a regular disk?

Yes you can still use the disk but you won't be able to access any of the data in the raid array with a Single drive

Desktop: i7-6700K / Asus Z170 S / H100i V2 / LPX 2400Mhz 16GB / 960 EVO 250GB / 2x 860 EVO 500GB / RM750i  / NZXT H440 / XB271H + Z22n Monitors

Laptop: Thinkpad T450s / i7-5600U / 12GB / 860 EVO 500GB

Ok. What I meant is that, somehow the raid card died or mobo(in the case if I use the onboard raid). There are atleast 4 drives in a raid 10... so I get 1 drive to access the files on a different computer... so it wont be possible?

It would not be possible. Even moving the 4 drives to another raid card would be difficult

So having a raid array in this scenario would defeat its purpose... even 1 drive from the 4 would be useless accessing its data on a different system? I pressumed it is mirror + stripe.. so what if I get the mirrored drive? Still wont access data on a different system and use it as a single disk?
