So for some reason the motherboard power LED is lit and the internet light is on BUT when i press the power button it won't startup and the fans won't spin i've tried shorting the power button but that didn't work any ideas?

(EDIT) This all started after the pc was unplugged and moved while running with 2 loose screws inside and was also moved upsidedown

 

Motherboard: ASUS h81m-plus

PSU: Generic psu 

CPU: No idea

2 HDDs 

and a generic made in china case

So. if I understand this right, the PC was standing up-side-down while being moved, probably by car, to a different place, and while being up-side-down, it had loose screws flying around inside the case. In that case, the screws might have broken something, either on impact, by shorting or with static electricity. Also, how old is the computer, and if you've changed parts in it, how old is the oldest parts?
