No problem, they can fit ATX mobos don't worry :)

also the graphics card can fit very nice in this case so i don't worry.

That build is very solid. Basically the sweet spot for what you desire. If you overclock you can even crank it up to 1440p. It will last you a few years for your work. I am also a video editor. I use an i5 6600k and an RX 480, gets the job done no sweat. I've heard that Nvidia cards are better for video editing than AMD Cards, so the 1060 is a good choice.

what's your budget and country? you could get a gtx 1070 and i7 in the budget...

The 6700K is in my opinion a better choice then the 6600k since you want to edit a bit. Think it's worth the extra cost. Other then that seems a good fit for your needs.

 

You could save some money if budget is a problem for a 6700K by going with a decent aircooler.
