Small, Cheap & Great

I'm trying to find the smallest mixer with the following specs and I hoped you could help me

 

• At least 2x XLR with Phantom Power with individual Low, Mid and High controls
• 2x stereo in with individual Low, Mid and High controls
• USB to connect to my PC
• Multiple Sound-FX
• Cheapest you can find
• Smallest you can find
• Sliders are prefered, but not necessary

 

This is the best I found so far, but it's a little bit to big & expensive for me

If there's no other options I'll choose this one
