LG34UC97 + Ergotech Freedom Arm users?

azorahai

Are there any LG ultrawide owners that use it with the Ergotech Freedom Arm or Freedom Arm HD?
LG no longer provides the VESA adapter for free so you need to buy it off Amazon for 40 bucks.

Questions:

1) are you using the regular freedom arm or HD version? It looks as though the monitor weighs 18lbs and that's at the highest load point for the regular arm and slightly below the lowest load point for the HD version.

2) Does the monitor wobble or bounce while you ae typing or putting any pressure on your desk?

3) What are your overall thoughts on the combo? Is it sturdy and safe using the VESA adapter? photos of this contraption isn't very inspiring...

Thanks!
