i already have the motherboard an ram so building around that would be nice caribbean & $700 more

That doesn't work. "/list" is the list you're currently working on. Each person sees what they're working on with "/list". Look for the permalink.

I would use @malon's build with a few changes. Use the RAM you currently have and swap the i7-6700 for the i5-6400. Unfortunately, i5's aren't the best for streaming and 16GB RAM is pretty much standard now, but for $700, that's all you can really do.
