Lock Screen Startup Issue

Hey everyone I have an issue,

Every time I start up my PC it gives the windows spotlight lock screen even though I have set a custom image.

But when I lock PC after I log in the image I have chosen displays fine. I only noticed this after I hadn't shut down PC for several days. I know this is minimal but it is really annoying and I have done all the troubleshooting I can do to try and fix this.
