If you have front mounted radiator in this case a NZXT Kraken X61, in a case that supports up to a 360mm rad in the front you have a little bit of wiggle room on where to orient the 280mm rad. currently i have my rad close to the bottom so that there is a tad bit of airflow underneath the power suppy shroud but i have a 650w power supply and it's not like it's heating up. for aesthetic reasons i want to move the rad further up so i can close the hole in the shroud i have to fit the rad. but in terms of cooling/functionality should i leave the rad on the bottom or would it be better/ok to move it to the top so that it can push more air over the gpu/cpu. I'm also considering splurging a little by moving the rad to the top (if it has the clearance for my ram) and just getting 2x more 140mm fans (or just go balls deep for the 3x 120mm) for the front which i know will give my case more cooler airflow at the expense of noise (which i was trying to keep to a minimum and used to justify only using 3 fans). What would you guys do? I'm not looking for the cheapest solution because i'd be getting Corsair ML Pro fans either way, I'm looking for the best cooling/noise solution while preferably maintaining positive airflow. is it worth getting more fans or am i good with what i have?

I would put it up top since there wouldn't be any restrictions, and allow for free airflow through the case. As for positive air pressure as long as your intake volume is higher than your exhaust it shouldn't be an issue. You can vary the speed of the fans so that the intake ones run at a higher RPM than the exhaust if needed to compensate for it.
