Mouse with finger print

Would it be awesome if mouse have finger print sensors so whenever you hold the mouse the sensor (could be in the thumb button or somewhere).

 

I know it existed but not so popular and most likely are old mouse. Like a RGB gaming, finreprint scanned mouse thing.

Maybe on the keyboard. I think it would get in the way on a mouse. Doesn't get used too often.

This is actually a really interesting idea. About how big do you think the sensor would be? Also would there be a noticeable difference in texture from the material the sensor is made of and the rest of the mouse is? It would be quite annoying to rest your thumb on something that feels way off.

Well... They can get fingerprint tech into a home button on a phone, so why not on a mouse. Maybe something like the corsair M65? It might make the mouse heavier though, I have no idea.

ehhh... I found the facial recognition on the Windows laptop and the fingerprint option on the iPhone isn't helpful, as I can type faster than either of those work.

I found a mouse that looks like it has a finger print sensor but it does not look to fancy or very ergonic. I would get a seperate peripheral for the fingerprint sensor like the one that Microsoft makes.

I do believe in some laptops, There are still fingerprint scanners down below the arrow keys.
