wifi usb?

I finally built my new pc but i have one problem. My wifi usb sucks. I have a very bad usb currently plugged into the computer and i was wondering what the best wifi usb was for around $10. I want to be able to browse the web without waiting for ten minutes for a web page to load. I also want something that i know will work when i turn on my computer and wont make me keep having to reinstall the drivers. Is there anything. Im okay with a 10 mb/s connection as that will work fine for anything i do as long as the bandwidth is okay. Please help me!

is there any pcie wifi card that you would recommend? i can go to $15 if i have to
