Can't decide between two builds

Hi there,

First let me introduce myself. I'm a 24-year old Belgian occasional gamer(1080p) who also uses his pc to record music with Magix samplitude and I'm looking for a new PC.

Currently i have found two builds in a local store but i can't really decide on which configuration would be best for me.

 

The first one is a pc with an i5 4460 and a gtx 970

The second one is a AMD pc with a fx 8350  and a rx480

I still have a 240gb ssd laying around that i'm planning to install myself and both would come with 8 gb of ddr 3 memory which should be fine for now. My biggest question right now is mainly this. Should i go for the better single threaded performance for recording music or is it better to get more lower powered core's? Or should i focus on the better graphics card to get more longevity out of the system?

You need to look for one with an i5 and an rx480 sorted

the fx is not strong enough to handle the rx 480 from what i heard.

AMD FX 8350 is so dated now in the CPU market place. Intel has released new chipsets, new processors and better architectures then mankind has ever had. The FX doesn't even support DDR4.
