Small form factor machine

I need to help mi friend to abandon his laptop and start using a desktop. Could you please suggest a list of components for a small form factor machine?

 

Budget  ~ 700Euro

Mini or micro ITX form factor

1080p gaming

No overclocks

excluding peripherals, hardware only

Cm elite 110 itx case

B150m mobo 

8 gb ddr4

I5 6500

Gtx 1060 itx form factor

Corsair cx 550m 550 watt psu (with the white label)

I Could be more specific i know

Okay edit: 1tb hdd and idk if you can get that gtx 1060 in europe for like an acceptable price. I am in holland and they are almost €300 here. This is a bit over budget i guess.
