Overclocking Issue

So I've been consistently been able to overclock my PC to 4.5 GHz and the same voltage each time 1.500, However recently In the new windows 10 update I haven't been able to overclock my PC successfully, when I try to overclock it using AMD Overdrive the way I have before with the exact same settings it comes up with a black screen with only my cursor being able to move around. I haven't been able to overclock since the Update even if that is the problem.

Use the bios/uefi 

Future Upgrades

VVVVVVVVVVVVV

 

1: SSD

2: Freesync monitor

3: AIO cooler 

4: New HDD

5: RAM upgrade, i want 16gb of black ram

 

 

order 1-5 is what I want the most,

color is of importance (most to least) ▘▘▘▘▘
