My xbox headset wont work when i connect it to my xbox one controller but it works on my phone and pc... i tried some other headset and it didnt work... both are stereo headset and worked 10 min before this happend... i cant hear and talk i tried to use a stereo splitter to 2 3.5mm male jacks 1 mic and 1 sound... but the xbox controller only have 1 3.5mm jack so i plugged in the sound male jack and i heard. What can it be?

Have you checked the audio settings?

Yes it says like no connected devices

Try updating the controllers software.
