Car Ignition Cylinder Help

So my car got broken into by an up and coming methhead (I'm assuming) and with all of their ingenuity and research, managed to destroy my lock and my ignition key cylinder on my 92 jeep cherokee. Does anyone know of a very idiot friendly comprehensive guide to fixing it? I've been trying to look up guides and I get the jist of it, but I'd rather not chance it. From what I can tell, this seems like an easy fix but I'd like a guide that REALLY explains it idiot terms so I know for sure I'm doing it right. Mmm, Any pointers in the right direction would help as well. I'm also very concerned about those bent pins and that cable not being plugged in. Having a hard time searching if thats okay or if I have to deal with that as well.
