I was wondering wondering if there was any way to use splitscreen mode on Windows 10. My plan is to use splashtop to mirror my desktop screen onto my phone where I can put my phone into my vr headset and play games on my desktop in vr without the need for something like the oculus rift or HTC vive.

You would need a USB 3.0 capable phone that allows display signal over the cable.  You couldn't do it over WiFi

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!
