New RX460, screen flashes

Hi LTT forum, I have a problem with a new Sapphire RX460.

 

A while back I built a youtube-ing PC for my girlfriend's parents:

i3-6300 in an Asrock H110

4GB DDR3

Thermaltake 550W

 

At the time I left it with the onboard graphics, but we recently bought a Sapphire RX460 for it, and the TV-monitor now flickers every few minutes even at idle. I had brought it up to date from the AMD panel, but the flickers persist. I will be trying lowering the resolution, but does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
