Good Day Guru_Guys and Guru_Girls:

Have been using this rig for over a year now, without ever-so-much of a fail.  All of a sudden, My Win10 installation has been receiving this BSOD upon occasion (CRITICAL_PROCESS_FAILED).  Computer needs a reset, and all goes merrily along once again.  I have taken the time to GOOGLE some other people's efforts to aide in the troubleshooting process but everybody has the same idea, and none seem appropriate so I have come here in search of knowledge and hopefully answers/conclusions.  Not really sure where to start, so I will let you peruse the attachments at your leisure and hopefully can help me down the garden path.

Done:  RAM TEST, SYSTEM FILE CHECK, CHECK DISK, REINSTALL OF WIN_10_ANNIVERSARY, DRIVERS UPDATED and verified by DRIVERBOOSTER III.  All WinUpdates Done....  HDDs are at 100%, SSDs are 99%.

SYSTEM:

Intel i7-5930k
EVGA x99 CLASSIFIED
32GB Kingston HyperX DDR4-2666
LSI RAID CARD 9260-8i
- 2x Samsung Pro 256GB (99% Health)

- 2x Samsung Evo 1TB (100% Health)
- 4x Western Digital 2TB RE4 (100% Health)
Asus Sound Card
Etc.

Please advise... where do I go next?

She's never been overclocked due to ambient temperatures being unusually high -- I will try using an image file directly from Microsoft and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks.

I would suggest a fresh install. Backup all your file from your main drive you want to keep first and nuke the os drive and fresh install.

That is what i would do atleast.. there is probably people with great knowledge of the bsod errors and can point in the right direction without doing this though goodluck.
