My friend said, "Hey, I keep getting the Blue Screen of Death whenever I use my wireless keyboard and mouse like right after I stroke a key. Do you have an idea of how to fix it?" I tried to help him but everything I said hasn't helped. I've told him to uninstall the drivers, reinstall them, check for Windows 10 updates, use the Windows troubleshoot utility to try to help and nothing has happened.

I would really appreciate help on this as many of the forums that I've checked have not put the fix in terms I understand and/or are too difficult to do.

Thanks.
