Upgrading the rig

Hey fellas! I recently made an upgrade to my rig and moved to an AMD R9-380 and an i5-6600k so as expected I'm getting sick of my current monitor (which is the oldest part of my build and runs under 1080p) and I need your advice as I don't want to get a display that my system won't even take full advantage of. I'm looking for an isp with 75hz or more around 1080p or 1440p(which ever my gpu can handle at the refresh rate mentioned) (I know it will also depend on the game im running but you know "pixel wise" how hard would the gpu struggle)and between 27-32 inches and remember with free/adaptive sync to use with my amd card.

Don't worry about the money I'll take my decision when I have all the options available. I just need ur recommendations and a brief explanation thank you
