Computer not turning on

rm -rf

All I know is that power is getting to my graphics card sucessfuly when it's turned off. Though when I press the on button, nothing happens.

Possible reasons and how to troubleshoot?

Things to check:

Power supply

CPU

Mainboard

RAM

Graphics card

Optical drive

HDD's/SSD

Addin cards

Mouse

Keyboard

Display

Cables

Fuse

Power Switch

Reset Switch

Power LED

HDD LED

Circuit Breaker

It will probably be one of them

It doesn't turn on, electricity doesn't get to the fans. Nothing happens.
