Failed gpu memory overclock

I tried to overclock my HIS R7 360 memory to 2000mhz or something, i use the AMD catalyst control center, and then i click “apply" and all of a sudden the screen turn black, i try to restart and it keeps doing that after 10 seconds

Maybe try jumping into your BIOS, changing to your CPU's IGPU, then turning down the memory clock and changing it back to the GPU.

My BIOS is kinda weird, because it don't have the gpu performance section ?

So you can't switch to onboard graphics? I didn't mean turn down the memory clock in BIOS, I meant change to your IGPU there, then boot into Windows off that and turn down the clock.
