I'm in need of a new Res/pump because I've stripped out almost off the mounting holes and I'm Moving back to my H440 that I have been heavily modding for months. So in the Picture I have tried to represent where I have space for the new res/pump(options 1&2) I Can make a mounting plate to mount it in option 1 without the need for fan mounts, option 2 requires mounting it either to the rear case fan or the case fan mounts. I don't know what res/pump I'm going to be using either, 100$ budget for both of them or a combo unit?

The XSPC Ion isn't the best in terms of pump so you would be better off with a compact D5 or DDC pump/res unit at the bottom or a separate res at the back and pump in the bottom.
