Looks like it has just a spring mount, Any square 120mm high static pressure fan should be fine, look for something pwm for better control. unter idle big sinks like this you can usually run silently at low rpm then have them ramp up for better cooling.

Silent build - You know your pc is too loud when the deaf complain. Windows 98 gaming build, smells like beige
