About 1 hour ago i got home and was gonna play some games on my PC. It first turned on normally but it lagged a bit in the log in screen and when i was on the desktop. Then Origin started updating so i was waiting for about 1 minute (PC was on for about 2 mins) then the computer just turned off. I tried turning it on and i got to the log in screen and it was laggy, then it turned off.

I tried turning it on again but this time it shut off after about 5 seconds. I tried restarting about 4 times and then looked like this: https://imgur.com/a/Q1vig . Then Windows said something was wrong and that i could reset the computer or try starting again. Tried restarting but no luck.

Then i unplugged all USB accessories (keyboard and mouse) and started the computer, got to the log in screen without lag, plugged in another mouse worked fine. Unfortunately i had to go so i didn't try to log in.

Any ideas of what could of been the issue? Or is the issue i don't know yet. :o

Perhaps it's a driver issue? That might be since you said you tried different mice... Other than that try booting in safe mode and see what happens

Maybe, do you mean a mouse driver or something big?

Mouse drivers, yeah. Also, I forgot to mention to try messing around in the BIOS to try and diagnose system errors if it isn't a mouse driver

Ok thanks i will try these things tomorrow.

https://imgur.com/a/DBt1a found the problem. I have no idea why the CPU is hitting 97C in the bios. Before it hit max 85C while playing GTA 5... Will remove the thermal paste and clean the cooler (using stock) but will probably buy Hyper 212 evo now for this PC.

The cooler was a little bit loose so i took it off and put some more thermal paste on the CPU and put it back together. :D
