Pc Freezing and some frames issues

Hello everyone, i tried to find a topic with the same problem as mine but i didnt find it lol so here i am creting a new topic, this is my pc specs:

CPU:I7 4790K

Motherboard:B85M-D3PH

GPU: Zotac GTX 970

PSU: Corsair CX750

Memory 2x4Gb Corsair vengeance 1600mHz

The problem that im having with my pc is that sometimes it just freezes on me and i cant do nothing on it, having to reset the damn machine to get out the frozen screen, i have the latest driver for my graphics card and i dont know what to do anymore. The gpu is new because i bought it 3 months ago and in the last week it had some problems with it and i sent it back for repairs. The new one is with me since last friday like 3 days ago =P
