My first build

I'm on a budget of $1500 and this is my first build. This build has been reccomeded to me by many people as I mainly want to game and edit videos also will I have to apply thermal paste if so will I have to replace the thermal paste I am also looking to overclock and will it be able to run any game I throw at it I'm not too bothered about 4k but would be nice.
