4G Mobile International Streaming Setup

This is going to be a bit of a wierd one. I have an idea similar to what Top Gear did when they traveled to the southern most part of the world to play car football, but a nerd version of that. This would be a couple years into the future most likely, but I am seeing how this might be done now.

 

So the general idea is the three of us involved would each buy a cheap used car and build a PC on a specific budget ($4000 likely). The project will need to integrate with the car somehow to. My idea is for a mobile VR car for example, but each of us would do something different. Along the way we would need to have our regular content and a way to upload it.

 

The way I figure we would do this is with a support car. This car would carry some cameras, a drone or two, a generator, a basic editing/streaming rig, a switch, an access point, and (the hardest part of all) a 4G LTE Unlimited Data receiver that works internationally.

 

So my question is, does such a device exist? In theory it should but where can you find it? Would it be possible to stream video on it? And any other logistical issues that it might present?

 

Any input would be useful since it will take the entire time it takes the channel to get to that point to plan it from now. Even tips about other aspects of the trip would be useful too since it will take the efforts of more than just me to make this possible.
