Laptop price/performance?

hello 

 

(sorry if this is not the correct forum to post under), a friend of mine is looking for a new laptop for around 500 euros and i was wondering what laptop would have the best price to performance for gaming. He has no preference in manufactures so anything is open.

For 500 EU? He won't get anything good. At most an IdeaPad 510 with a 940MX.
