All the CPUs you listed are incompatible with the motherboard you listed. If you're just playing Dota and LoL, you dont even need such a high end GPU and an overclockabkle CPU.

List specs here

That leaves you 85 euros for a case (which is personal). I used France for EU prices. You can always get a cheaper SSD and use the savings elsewhere if you wish (maybe a 380X).

Main Rig:-

Ryzen 7 3800X | Asus ROG Strix X570-F Gaming | 16GB Team Group Dark Pro 3600Mhz | Corsair MP600 1TB PCIe Gen 4 | Sapphire 5700 XT Pulse | Corsair H115i Platinum | WD Black 1TB | WD Green 4TB | EVGA SuperNOVA G3 650W | Asus TUF GT501 | Samsung C27HG70 1440p 144hz HDR FreeSync 2 | Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS |

Server:-

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)

Your graphics card would let you play those games at a 4k resolution (3840x2160 or ultrawide 3440x1440). Your monitor is probably only 1920x1080. Overkill.

Can you buy parts online or do you have to get them from local electronics shops?

Hi OP, what is your monitor? I assume it's 1080p resolution?

for that monitor and the games you mentioned, don't get an i7 CPU. Not sure about i3 but i5 would definitely be ok.

Will you be wanting to overclock your cpu or gpu?

Do you have a case already for this build?
