As the title says. I'm the owner of a Fujitsu life book ah531 with an i7 2620m. It has recently begun to run rather hot (50c at idle) and can easily hit 80 just having onenote and some tabs in chrome open. I have tried cleaning it, but that hasn't made any difference. This all makes it's fan get like very loud and it spins up just when I open a new program.

Does anybody have an idea about what I am doing wrong?

Clean and repaste. Generally, anything under 90*C is safe
