Linux won't boot from usb

Any errors?  Or does it just skip straight to booting from HD?  Is there a one time boot menu you can try?  Has this machine ever booted from USB?

Use Universal USB Installer for Linux. I never had a problem with it except with KALI Linux. ReactOS wont work off of a USB, It only works off of a live CD/DVD of a Install CD/DVD.Universal USB Installer has no other problems to my knowledge.
