Unable to delete partition

It says "System". So it cannot be deleted while running Windows I think.

 

Try like EaseUs partition master.

 

They have recovery mode. It can be booted. Then try to delete it from there.

Hello my fellow LTT fans and Techies. 

I seem to have a slight issue. I am unable to delete one of my hard drives. On the screen shot provided, Its disk 4 and showing as a dynamic disk. This is a 256 sandisk m.2. It was used as my OS but for some reason its turned into a dynamic disk now. I tried to format it during windows install and that didn't work. I have used CMD in admin mode and tried to and use diskpart but it still not playing ball. Any Ideas would be much helpful.
