Intel iGPU display output problem

I'm using iGPU-only Intel Haswell i3 system.

One strange this is, every time when I wake up my computer after it went to sleep, size of whole windows on the screen goes small(close to 1024*768).

In this case 'sleep' means not a complete low-electricity mode, but just-screen-is-turned-off mode.

Is there anyone who knows why this is happening?

 

Btw, I'm running Windows 8.1 x64 and the driver version is 10.18.14.4332.

There recently was a driver update, but both before and after update, symptom is exactly same.
