My Internet Situation

So I was wondering if anyone could help me in finding a decent connection for me that suits my current situation.

I move around often and I'm searching for a decent connection I could use on the go for gaming purposes and decent youtube streaming. Thats able to be used for PC and Consoles. If anyone could give me any pointers it'd be highly appreciated ?
