MemTest error

I have this problem for a 3 years ( since i bought my computer),Windows crashes, sometime freezes and a lot of times when i was turning on my PC i was getting 3 fast beeps error.I took my PC for repair and they were making me dumb telling me that there is no problem all 3 years and yesterday i started this test myself and found 1 error but i need help reading it, so if it's possible for someone to help me faster.Thank you
