Surrey RC nabbed, they wont disclose his name cuz he would go to general pop, and be shanked quickly.

Punk got released.

Issue with an "expert" states Online Vigilante'ism, is harder to prosecute.

Sounds to me like every case this pig was involved in will now be opened. Who knows if he was a street beater or paper pusher or what.
