Windows key shortcuts

I don't think you can change the default ones, but you can create them. 

 

> Right click application

> Create Shortcut

> Right click shortcut file

> Properties

> Shortcut tab

> Set shortcut key

EDIT: I have a folder for my most used applications. Normally something along the lines of Ctrl + Alt + "Letter".
