Not sure why and how but my computer just freeze randomly whenever I do anything

I can move my mouse but can't click anything and every windows then freeze

I tried to restore my computer and the problem is gone

But after few weeks, the problem reappear and I swear to god I do not download any virus thing

Tried to run a full virus scan but it also freeze my PC (all windows and task are not responding)

What I have done:

Swap RAM slot

clean dust inside my PC and replace thermal paste of CPU

monitor CPU temperature

run memtest for overnight and 7 passes no errors

I know there is a ram test program but how should I do with it?

is there anything I can check?

You can use MemTest86 to check your RAM:

http://www.memtest86.com/

Basically its installed into a USB and you just boot off it. More detailed instructions in the website.

Recently I had to return my stick of RAM because my computer will just lock up for no reason (it will just freeze, and a static sound will continously play through my earphones.)

After doing some testing (Booting off 1 stick, Memtest), I found that one of the sticks of RAM was faulty, so I got an exchange and it works fine now.

In my case, the sound will not continously play. Instead, it will stop

Take watching Youtube or Twitch, it will just stop loading further (the gray bar stops) and the whole video will stop playing

Thanks for your help, I will find a USB to load the test file and see if it is the RAM fault.

In my case, my whole computer will just lock up. I was unable to do anything (Move the mouse, type) even after waiting for 30 minutes. The only way to fix this is to force restart the whole computer (which was a nuisance, especially when I was playing competitive CSGO)
