You mean a board that can house multiple CPUs? If so, then yeah, these do exist.

Well it depends on how many GPU's you want to run.

 

If you want 2 GPU's you'll do fine with Skylake (LGA1151).

If you want 3+ GPU's you'll need Haswell/Broadwell (LGA 2011(-3)).

 

Normally you'll find that Haswell/Broadwell chipsets are more expensive, but also better performance when it comes to using multiple cores since they have 6+, while Skylake usually goes with 4 cores depending on how much of a high end CPU you want.

 

If you want a motherboard that features multiple GPU's AND CPU's you'll find them too, not as common however.

Server clusters and supercomputers,

You can get cases with space for 2 motherboards to configure two separate systems, so you can have a gaming system and a file-server in a single box.

You won't find any consumer operating systems that run on multiple motherboards though.
