computer issues

hello everyone,

 

so recently my pc started doing some random crazy shit, let me explain it.

i have a couple of issues.

 

the most common one is chrome: the problem i have with chrome is when i click on something to download it wil not begin to download, but when i want to open a new tab with a page it just keeps loading. if i want to shut chrome down it says, downloading not complete want to close it ? , but when you take a look it has not even started downloading. 

another problem i have is sometimes i want to open a youtube video in fullscreen it wil go to half fullscreen, with that i mean that everything is the video but you still keep seeing the shearch bar and bookmarks of chrome.

 

the other problem i have is with my graphics card. i have 2x gtx970 in sli enabled and using 2 monitors. most of the times no problem but sometimes 1 of 2 problems ocour. ether it is screens go both black with the displays giving a message check signal input. or the other one is pc freezes and if you move your mouse it stil works for 1 second but then freezes also. resulting in needing to restart my computer.

 

has anybody any tips in resolving one of these problems or a program to check if everything still works in the way it needs to ?

i know its a lot to read/ take in haha but thanks in advance.

I'd start with those video cards.  Pull one of them and try it out for awhile.  Run some benchmarks, put it through its paces.  If everything checks out try the other one by itself.  Do the same thing.  Sounds like you have an issue with one of those cards.  Maybe a memory chip is going bad?  Just a guess,  You should also run a memory test on system ram.  If you have a stick going bad it can give you weird random results.
