Looks like either a bad video card or bad drivers. Try updating your drivers, if that doesn't work use a different video card (try onboard graphics)

Bring it over to my house sometime, we can put my graphics card in and see if it still happens, if it doesn't you've got a dead GPU.

He doesn't have an iGPU, it's an FX CPU.

 

Although reinstalling the drivers would be a good idea.
