Grafic errors 1070

Hi so i have a problem with my msi gtx 1070 gaming x. In GTA 5 i get after 1 hour gaming blue squars. Wich can cover up to 80% of my screen. I play on 1080p so i think this could be a driver issue. I didnt overvolt my gpu so i cant have dameged it i have overclocked it but overclocked it. When i overcklocked this card i got less grafic errors then on stock(OC Mode). So i want to know if this is a driver issue or a broken gpu and i have to sent it back and get a new 1.

Reinstall all latest drivers. Run your gpu at stock. What cpu are you using?

i am using a i7 6700k i already did reinstall all drivers like 5 times and now i get dx 11crashes in the games too

Could be a defect with the GDDR5 memory chips is about what I can think of.
