How to clean install program

I've been developing apps for a couple of years now using visual studio but with all the different versions they are just adding the same things under different folder names, it's gotten to the point where

the apps won't run because these back end processes are conflicting with each other.

 

I've trying modifying the installation to see if it would fix itself, repairing the installation and uninstalling but the folders that it uses remain so the problem still exists, how do I clean install this program or possibly find all the folders that it uses to delete them?
