I would like to know if i can fit a Sli of Zotac's gtx 1080 Amp extreme in my Evga FTW z170 motherboard.

Yes it supports SLI

That is not the problem.

The "problem" is, that the Zotac GTX 1080 AMP Extreme has a size of 3 slots.

 

What you have to check is, which PCIe slots are being used on the motherboard while in a 2-way SLI config. But from the looks of it, it should fit.
