Furture Upgrades

So my current bulid is:

Intel Core i5 3570K

AsRock Z77 Extreme4

Gigabyte R9 270 2GB

2x4gb Crucial Ballistix 1600MHz 

EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze

 

What would be a decent performance boost for around 500-600 USD?

I'm a 3rd year architecture student and will be doing stuff in revit and the adobe creative suite as well as the obvious gaming

i would suggest i7 6700k + Z170 Motherboard and 8GB DDR4 RAM. Later you can upgrade your GPU.
