Browser? Facebook? Problem Please Help

Hi there I'm having problem accessing the website Facebook. This happen only last day. when i'm trying to access web.facebook.com (or even https://facebook.com) it will redirect to web.facebook.com and the result is "it took too long for the web.facebook.com to respond" error on my chrome (tried on other browser too like firefox,IE even on Steam browser) all same result but its very strange when i try to connect using my phone or Laptop. it connects (The same internet connection). so Back to my pc i tried using proxy and it loads fine. idk why when im not using proxy it will not connect but my other device is connecting. 
Also tried clearing browser history, flushdns and etc2 all dont work. 
Anyone knows about this?

Update: i Tried to use Automatically get DNS then the firefox working now but in chrome it keeps looping to redirect
from web.facebook.com -> facebook.com -> web.facebook.com
