[Frozen Taskbar After Plugging In Headset]

So, I re-installed my pc and afterwards of installing everything I installed my driver for Realtek and Home Theater that comes with it. My motherboard is - GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev. 4.0).

The problem is, when I plug in my headset (Audio Technica ATH-ADG1) my Taskbar freezes, and nobody can hear me but I can hear. I have Windows 10 Pro x64. (Anniversary Edition) This started happening after re-installing windows by using the windows 10 ISO from Microsoft. It works fine without the driver and using the default. But after installing the realtek from my motherboard website, it starts acting up.

Still having this problem. Is anyone else experiencing this issue with the same motherboard, or have any idea how to fix?

It's most likely due to the Anniversary Edition causing problems. I hope they fix this soon. Home Theater makes my sound more better than the default.
