Weird Problem

So the first time I turn my computer everyday, one of my case fans spins crazy fast for around 2 minutes then it goes back to normal. Or I can just restart my computer and it fixes the problem. The fan works perfectly fine its just a weird thing. Can anyone help.

It could be that the motherboard does not start dynamically controlling the fan for the first few minutes after the computer is turned on. Are you controlling them with your motherboard? If so try going into the UEFI BIOS and switching the fans to silent mode.

They are all plugged into the PSU.

are they only plugged into the psu?

Then I would try to plug them into the motherboard and see if they still do it. Because if they don't then it could be a weird power delivery problem issue with your PSU and if it still does it then it is probably the fans.
